Tutorial on Changing the Default Paste Action in Microsoft Word

In this tutorial I'll show you how you can change what happens when you paste from another document, program, or the internet into Microsoft Word.

What we need to do is Change the Default Pasting Action in Microsoft Word. If you find yourself constantly changing the default pasting because you don't want to use the text formatting from your web browser, or some another program, this simple tutorial will help you do just that.

The solution is real simple. The next time you paste something from another program or your web browser into word, simply click on the little option box and select Set Default Behavior.

Once selected you will select which type of paste you want to do by default. I prefer the Plain Text Paste option, but that's just me.

Thanks for watching and make sure you hit the thumbs up if you found this how to tutorial helpful.
